Kilner cotton muslin cloth (50x50cm)

A sustainable multi-use cloth to help with numerous kitchen tasks such as:

• Straining and separating curds from whey during butter, cheese and yoghurt making
• Poaching meat or fish
• Squeezing juices from fruits for a smooth, fine liquid texture
• Making a bouquet garni for Infusing sauces, broths and soups with herbs and spices
• Draining the brines from fermented vegetables
• Creating jelly bags for jam making and preserving
• Filtering cold brew coffee, wine making and craft beers

Made from 100% cotton with an ultra-fine mesh that is both soft and durable.

Cloth measures 50x50cm (20x20") square and has a sewn hemmed edge to prevent fraying and help you to use your muslin cloth for years to come.
