ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed on a working day before 1:30pm are normally processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

STORE PICK UP:

The address for collection in store is 165 Bramcote Lane, Wollaton, Nottinghamshire, NG8 2QJ.

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. We will hold your order for collection for 14 working days. After this time, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone and if there is no response, we will refund your order.

UK SHIPPING:

Delivery is free when you spend £50 and over, and £3.99 for orders under £50.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for standard deliveries.

We offer a next day delivery service with DPD for £7.99.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll contact you before dispatching.

We are unable to deliver to BFPO/RAF addresses, please use an alternative address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this moment in time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the UK.
