ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed on a working day before 1:30pm are normally processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

For orders placed on weekends or bank holidays, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

STORE PICK UP:

The address for collection in store is 165 Bramcote Lane, Wollaton, Nottinghamshire, NG8 2QJ.

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. We will hold your order for collection for 14 working days. After this time, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone and if there is no response, we will refund your order.

UK SHIPPING:

Delivery to all UK postcode addresses is free of cost. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Some products may be marked as ‘Collection only’ and are not available for delivery.

We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO/RAF addresses, please use an alternative address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this moment in time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the UK.
