Most times we can replace your watch battery while you wait in store. However, during busy periods in the shop, we may advise you leave the watch with us for a short period and come back later that day.

Our prices start from £4.49, depending on the battery. This price includes fitting the battery for you.

Here are some signs that your watches needs a new battery:

• The second-hand is moving slower than it should, such as in two-second intervals, or freezing
• You keep having to correct the time on your watch - the timekeeping is fast or slow
• The watch’s backlight is dimmer than usual or flickering

To ensure that your watch stays properly water resistant, we generally recommend taking your watch back to a jewellers.

If your watch has a fresh battery but you’re still needing to correct the time regularly, there may be an issue with the mechanics of your watch.
