About Us
Nottingham’s local home and garden DIY store
About the shop
Cutlers are proud to have been serving the Nottingham DIY community with a smile since 1909 when William Pacey Cutler first opened the shop doors on Ilkeston Road in Nottingham.
These days, the shop is in the hands of its fourth generation of Cutlers and you can find us at 165 Bramcote Lane, a vibrant and popular shopping street in Wollaton, a leafy suburb of Nottingham.
Here at Cutler’s we aim to stock everything you need for your home and garden, that’s why we’re known as “The friendly store for practically everything”. Our team loves a challenge though, so even if you can't see something on our shelves, oftentimes we can find it for you – just pop in and ask, nothing is too much trouble!
We started out as a traditional hardware store and whilst our stock has expanded to encompass over 6000 lines, we maintain our traditional shop values where customer service comes first.
From kitchen cookware and electrical appliances, to decorating tools, gardening equipment and ironmongery, our ranges encompass the essentials, the rare and the novel, as well as hundreds of great quality products from household brand names.
We’re happy to say that there’s not a day that goes by without a customer saying “I knew you’d have it”.
Come and visit us in store to see our full range of products and get help with any of our in store services.
We’re proud to be Nottingham born and bred and to have welcomed locals into our store for over 100 years!
Our team looks forward to welcoming you on your next visit!
